Will Ballesteros (Service Adviser) is terrific. Normally, I would not spend time filling out a response. However, Will deserves a very good review, which is easy. Will is: Comprehensive in knowledge of repair and maintenance work. Knowledgeable of manufacturer and dealer service and warranty policies. Knowledgeable of after-market warranties, implementation, and paper work. Conveys and explains repairs, maintenance, and service in an understandable manner. Obtains information quickly. Treats all customers with most respect and courtesy. Knows the names of his customers. Goes extra steps to help customers. Can multi-task, hustles, works quickly. I have complete trust in him, versus being skeptical of someone trying to rip me off. Basically, Will knows his job. He should train other service advisers. Will works hard for his customers, and for Nissan.
