I could not have asked for better. Not only was Steve friendly and personable, he made me feel like I was family! He was knowledgeable and probably the most attentive sales person I have ever encountered. He listened to everything. Steve is 5 stars and then some!

I have to say I have never felt more taken care of and comfortable getting anything done to my car as Lali made me feel. She kept track of me even when I wasn't returning calls on time and did a very good job of getting me back in there and making sure that I would be taken care of . She is the only one I dealt with and I have to say she is a major commodity for your dealership she exerted excellent customer service. To be honest if I had a business I would try and steal her from you she's that good! So I appreciate all of her help and I hope she does get to hear about this review
