Pleasant, efficient service and attention from all the staff. I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle's service appointment. From the gentleman who oversees the customer's service waiting area to the lady who was at the check out to the service attendant to Mario where the process began, the customer service was A+. Add an additional note: for 20 years i worked with customers in my healthcare area of expertise and each woman received a rose when leaving her appointment(even the gentlemen received a rose for his special someone). I found it refreshing that after 20 years of giving roses to customers I finally received a rose from a company that provided a service for me. Made my day. GREAT JOB TEAM.
