From the gentleman who oversees the customer's service waiting area to the lady who was at the check out to the service attendant to Mario where the process began, the customer service was A+. Add an additional note: for 20 years i worked with customers in my healthcare area of expertise and each woman received a rose when leaving her appointment(even the gentlemen received a rose for his special someone).
