I was met by at least two service people immediately upon pulling onto the lot. I was there for my free 5000 mile service and my car was on its way to the service center within minutes of my arrival. A salesman came out from the sales floor to introduce himself and spent time showing me the new Miatas in the showroom and others on the lot. While signing in for my 5000 service I asked Zenus if they would be willing to install a K&N air filter for me. I expected to pay for the installation but I was very pleased that because of my history with Cardinale they would not charge me. Thanks to all of you for your courtesy.

My visit today was wonderful. It's the first time going to a car dealership and I was very nervous and unsure if I was going to have a good experience. Overall, we had the best customer care and we loved how everyone was there to be a helping hand.
