I never felt pressured. Zellar was easy to talk to. This was my first time to purchase a vehicle. I got a Jeep! My dream car!

Visiting Mazda Cardinale Way Peoria is a great experience each and every time. However busy it gets (due to a large, satisfied customer base), everyone is helpful, in high spirits, and an employee or two are heard whistling as they walk through which is a positive sign! The General Manager John Egizio visits customers checking to see if they are taken care of and often hand delivers bottles of water to us while we wait. He is upbeat with customers and employees alike. It all starts with him at the top. My Mazda Sales Professional, Bob Lechniak, is a fine human being to start with, really knows his Mazda products explaining them well, and exhibited patience as we worked through questions and test drive and reached the final decision to purchase my 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring vehicle, which I love and depend on. The Service Department's Ken Sens has tended to all of my service needs efficiently and effectively and is ready with answers and provides help each and every time. He is customer centric and knows his business. This Department is the one I will interface with the most going forward and feel confident my Mazda CX-5 will be in good hands! I appreciate them all!
