Visiting Mazda Cardinale Way Peoria is a great experience each and every time. However busy it gets (due to a large, satisfied customer base), everyone is helpful, in high spirits, and an employee or two are heard whistling as they walk through which is a positive sign! The General Manager John Egizio visits customers checking to see if they are taken care of and often hand delivers bottles of water to us while we wait. He is upbeat with customers and employees alike. It all starts with him at the top. My Mazda Sales Professional, Bob Lechniak, is a fine human being to start with, really knows his Mazda products explaining them well, and exhibited patience as we worked through questions and test drive and reached the final decision to purchase my 2016 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring vehicle, which I love and depend on. The Service Department's Ken Sens has tended to all of my service needs efficiently and effectively and is ready with answers and provides help each and every time. While signing in for my 5000 service I asked Zenus if they would be willing to install a K&N air filter for me. WOW! This was by far the friendliest and quickest car deal my wife and I have ever experienced. We were met by Dan Priedigkeit who had a smile on his face and it never left his face. We had not brought our trade-in to the dealership, fearing the usual 5 hr. tussle which typically happens as they try to arm wrestle you into a purchase. Much to our surprise there was no "tussle". We test drove the car that we were interested in without a hassle even though we explained to Dan the price of the car was probably above our budget. After the test drive we provided basic information about us and our potential trade-in! Dan took the information to the decision maker and less than 5 min. later we had a deal and they had not even seen our trade-in. We were then turned over to Todd Douthie in finance, equally friendly, and he was able to get us the lowest interest rate for a car loan that I had ever heard of. The deal took less than 2 hours, including the test drive, and we had a new car. We headed out for lunch and brought the trade-in to Dan later that afternoon! This dealership actually made car buying a "fun" thing! Imagine that!
