I purchased my 2015 Mazda CX-5 about 3 months from Cardinale Way in Mesa. Our Salesman, Wayne, was very knowledgeable and helpful. There wasn't a lot of pressure to buy and he let us think about it without pressure. He replied to text messages from later in the evening to before his shift even started in the morning. After purchasing my car, we had some issues. Mostly to do with the financing part. We were very delighted by the way they handled the issues. They stood behind their employees and at the same time understood our concerns. We went in a bit upset and came out very happy. It is when you don't have a perfect transaction, that you can really know if they are going to honor, stand by or take care of their customer. You can put that the customer truly matters on your window, but it is standing behind it that matters. And Cardinale Way Truly does do that!! I have brought my car in three times for minor issues and every time I have been there, they have treated me terrific! When Gary, the serviceman for my car, found out how much I loved red cars (and mine is grey) he has made a point of making sure my loaner would be a fun red car!! They have treated each issue with respect and not made me feel petty for being concerned or wanting them looked at. Not only would I recommend them 100%, but I am devoted to them and plan if I need another vehicle in the future, that is where I am going!!

Wayne isn't your typical car salesman, I would say he is a consultant determined to give you what your looking for. He guided my pregnant wife and I around with professionalism that is hard to come by nowadays. Instead of trekking around the lot in the hot sun he brought the cars right to my wife and kept us hydrated as well. We were able to get the perfect CX-7 for our growing family, the price we could afford, and even a great maintenance package that was just what I was looking for. I love this dealership! When we bought our car, it was the first time we didn't have to play the numbers game. They were honest and straight forward as were we; we came to a quick agreement. The finance experience was straight forward , as well. I have the car serviced at this dealership. They are timely, efficient, an down right happy people! It is a touch expensive to maintain the vehicle, but it is what it is. You either do the suggested/required maintenance or you void your warranty and shorten the life expectancy and performance of your vehicle. What a silly thing to do to a fairly major investment. Just take care of business and all will be well. Don't get angry with these gentlemen for doing their jobs. They know what is right for your investment. I highly recommend this dealership.

Her enthusiasm for the Mazda brand came through with her in-depth knowledge of the new 2017 models, comparing and contrasting them to the previous previous year's models. Darlene helped me narrow down the right vehicle for me, a beautiful, shiny red Mazda3 Touring. She even took the time to walk me through the various apps (there's a computer in there, after all), so I felt super comfortable and "ready-to-go" driving off the lot. Darlene really came across as a friend helping me make a solid, informed decision. That is EXACTLY what I look for in a sales consultant when making the decision to purchase something big. I had my appointment at 8:15 on Saturday June 3rd when I received a phone call at 5:00am that my husband who was heading home after a long work week in Vegas building dental offices feel asleep and ran off the road. Around 8:15 I called Mazda and explained what happened to Nick and he was so supportive that he told me to bring it in when I got back into town and he would get me handled.
