everything was great! came in without an appointment just for basic service but said i intended to leave the truck overnight and Jesse was very accommodating and said no problem.Truck was finished next afternoon as promised. when i called to check to see if it was ready another team member answered. Jesse was at lunch. said i would grab a taxi and would be in soon and then he offered to have your shuttle come pick me up and drive me to the dealership and of course i said that would be great! And that part i really liked! Everyone was friendly and professional. this is my second truck i have purchased at your dealership. had my last truck for 15 years and have seen the service department at highs and lows when it was low i quit coming. now its great again so please keep it that way and you will have a customer for life! one other note. i really appreciated Jesse's attitude smile and a nice firm handshake!
