On Friday May 5,2017 we had our 2012 650i serviced at Coast BMW. We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Johnie Medina. The reservation with the loaner car went smoothly and Johnie kept us informed through the entire process. You can expect to see us back in the future. Also, the Starbucks coffee waiting for us was a great touch. Awesome Job!!!
