The service department personnel that I dealt with when I was there, sorry for no names, were incredible. They were flexible and friendly and made servicing a car a joyful experience. that is a rarity nowadays.

BMW staff, all staff have been wonderful to work with. Staff is always willing to go out of their way & beyond in their responsibilities & kindness. I can say that Phil has contacted me 2-3 times since my most recent purchase.
