A few days ago I became a proud owner of a spanky new X5M. And if it weren’t for Marco you would not be hearing from me! Let me introduce myself first: I am a middle aged man who bought his rather fair share of cars in his life. I think of myself as being a well informed, non-impulsive yet quite determined buyer. Once I find a car I like, I will commit and strike a deal when I think the price is right. The cars I have bought in past few years range from a Prius to a 750i to a Carrera 911 4S. I was trying to find the X5M for a few weeks now and visited the local dealerships around Silicon Valley. And from my current and prior experiences I can tell you that they are a snooty, spoiled and arrogant bunch. No fun to deal with! Not to mention that actually none of the shops had the model with the features I wanted. In desperation, I have tried to locate the car I wanted using internet and this how I came across CarGurus and the car was listed right there as being in your inventory. Introduce Marco: he responded to my email enquiry right away, despite this being a busy pre-Christmas Friday afternoon. The communication went well and he was able to inspect and confirm the features of the car for me right over the phone. The car, being perfect as it was, unfortunately was missing the self-parking option which my wife considered vital for her acceptance. This almost broke the deal. Yet Marco was able to offer one very attractive deal which convinced me that he was very serious about selling the car. And so we came to a fruitful conclusion of our negotiations on mutually agreeable terms. Marco was very enthusiastic about me picking the car the very next Saturday morning and it was there, waiting for me, all shiny and ready to be driven. And what a trill it was! But enough about myself. The reason I am writing to you is because I would like you to know that you are very lucky having Marco as your sales person. As far as car buying experiences go, this was by far the most pleasant one I ever experienced. He has very professional, respectful and attentive. He knew his stuff. He made me feel actually great! He deserves to be commended. The entire purchase process was exceptional. Also the financial advisor, who’s name unfortunately escaped me, did a great job. And I couldn’t help but notice that your dealership, while somewhat outside of the major metropolitan areas, presented an exceptional selection of BMW cars in a variety of models. I will put your dealership at the top of my BMW shopping list should I ever need another car. And I will be recommending it to all my friends. Please feel free to use my name as a reference.
