What started off as an awful situation has turned out to be a validation of why I bought a BMW. I purchased a BMW from Coast due to my previous experience with the service department in 2013 and 2014. We had a couple of set backs due to over promising and not being truthful from a service technician- Johnny- but at the end of the struggle, Greg Santo, Scott Balanger, and Scott in service got the situation righted. Ryan the Coast BMW Concierge provided the most amazing customer experience (what an asset to your organization) and Shane the mechanic was exceptional. Thanks for doing the right things guys, it's my pleasure to be able to recommend Coast BMW service again. We live in a very small town and taking care of loyal customers is what it's all about.
