This was my first visit to Coast BMW and I was very impressed with the Customer services I received. Johnie M in the service department thoroughly explained to me what the status of my vehicle was, the worked that was going to take place and the time frame it would take. While waiting in the lounge area, I was offered water by two other Coast Employees that were just passing by and had no involvement with the service deptartment. Amazing! I asked for a ride to Costco and a loaner car was made available to me. Wow! I was able to get my shopping done while the car was being serviced rather than going after it was done. This shortened my day out and I was back home earlier than expected. Coast you have a new loyal customer. Thank you!
