Well I must say that Phillip (sales associate) made this first time buyer's experience a great one. Being the type of person I am, I came to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted (2014 Kia Soul), how much I could afford monthly, and expecting this to be a long process. Not only was the process quick and easy, but dealing with Phillip made the experience a good one. He welcomed my wife and I with a friendly smile and made us feel at ease from the beginning. He made sure to listen to what I wanted in a vehicle and monthly payments and made it happen. Phillip didn't make us feel pressured into anything and came across as very personable. I know selling cars is his job but he didn't make us feel like we were just another sale. After we went for a test drive he handed us off to NaNa in financing and I must say, even though I can't remember how many times I signed my name, it was well worth it. She was very friendly and took her time to explain some of the different option available for me to choose from. Overall I would recommend this dealership, ask for Phillip, he will take good care of you. Thanks again.
